Direction Of Use
Use the mouthwash at least twice a day after brushing your teeth, or when you cannot use a toothbrush and toothpaste.
Use 15 ml of mouthwash and rinse for at least 30 seconds.
If the gums are severely inflamed, increase the number of rinses
